Lego Invention Project

Students selected 19th-century inventors and inventions and recreated them using Legos. The project required students to research the inventions and inventors and to write down and photograph each step of the building. Students then wrote expository essays to show others in the class how to replicate their Lego creations. The project was a collaborative effort for students in the ninth-grade Pilots academy.
