\r\nOn November 4 the students also donated their time to help the Kiwanis Club’s annual Pancake Jamboree.
\r\nStudents helped to bus tables, cook and serve pancakes and sausage, fill take out orders and anything else the Kiwanis Club needs help with throughout the day.
\r\nThe breakfast raised several thousand dollars for the Kiwanis Club which uses the money to serve the Alliance community. The breakfast is the club’s largest fundraiser all year. More than 3,000 tickets were sold in advance at $6 a piece.
\r\n“We couldn’t do it without the Key Club students,” Susan Denning, Kiwanis Club member said.
